Hybrid Thinking™ Workshops for Creative Teams

Most studios are not falling behind on tools.

They are losing their visual identity while AI enters the practice unevenly.
One person at a time. One shortcut at a time.

Tailored workshops and integration programmes for creative studios, teams and independent practitioners who want to work with AI without losing their own direction.

FOR STUDIOS

  • Best for studios looking to establish a shared AI methodology across their creative process.

    Three sessions · 6 - 8 weeks | Up to 8 participants | Scoped after discovery

A programme rather than a workshop. We audit your creative workflow, define where AI belongs and where it does not, develop it with your team on real projects, and document it so the knowledge does not live with one person.

  • Best for teams ready to examine their complete workflow in one day.

Full day | 6–12 participants | From CHF 6,800 excl. VAT

A full day across the whole process, from brief to final asset. Morning on direction and judgment. Afternoon on workflow, worked through on your own material. Your team leaves with documentation specific to your studio.

  • Best for teams facing one specific problem or decision.

Half day | 6–12 participants | From CHF 3,900 excl. VAT

A focused session on one problem your team has now. We look at how AI is entering your process, work through it on a live project, and leave your team with a shared vocabulary and decisions they can defend.

  • 60 minutes · in person or online · CHF 1,900 excl. VAT

One hour with your team on what AI is doing to visual identity and what it costs a studio to ignore it.

Not a tools session. An argument, and a question your team will keep discussing after I leave.

Best for: leadership teams, agency all-hands, internal creative departments.

FOR INDEPENDENT CREATIVES

  • 90 minutes | online or in Zürich | CHF 380 excl. VAT

One session on what you are working on now; a project, a workflow, a direction you cannot resolve.
You leave with a clear next step, not a list of tools.

Begins with a short call, at no cost. Enough to understand the work before we sit down with it.

  • 45 minutes | online | CHF 220 excl. VAT

An honest read of your work. What is holding together, what is not, and where your authorship is strongest. Choose a time and send the work in advance.

WHO LEADS THESE SESSIONS

Tanya Rey is an industrial designer, creative director and founder of T Studio. She holds a Master’s degree in Product Design from ZHdK in Zürich and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from FADU, University of Buenos Aires.

Her work connects creative direction, product design, materials, nature and emerging technologies. Through Hybrid Thinking™, she develops workshops, methods and practical tools that help teams understand where AI adds value, while building their own judgment, visual language and way of working.

Her interest in nature, neuroscience, art and human experience shapes how she teaches. She begins by understanding who is in the room, how they think and what they need. Each session is then adapted to make complex ideas clear, relevant and useful.

Teaching sharpens thinking. Thinking sharpens the work.
